Food quality did not meet expectations.

The views from the room were stunning. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered, including bike tours and game drives. I felt the food options could use some improvement, as breakfast was limited in selection. The atmosphere was pleasant, but I expected more for the cost of the stay.

Upon check-in, the room felt dark due to inadequate lighting, impacting the overall ambiance. Persistent drainage odors in the bathroom were noticeable, and trying to use the safe became a cumbersome task due to its malfunctioning lock. Accessibility to the reception became an inconvenience since there was no room phone for direct communication, necessitating multiple walks just to get the safe sorted. Food quality trailed behind expectations, with a monotonous lunchbox and instances of inconsistently cooked chicken occurring.

The amazing views of the surrounding mountains gave us very nice photo opportunities, while the organized bike tours and game drives made our adventure lovely. I seemed like i got more than i expected during this visit.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and we loved the fact that the hotel grew their veggies on the hotel. the hotel provided transportation to nearby spots, made exploring the surrounding area very convenient.

The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and architecture. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a stunning bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I also loved the outdoor swimming pool, it was so refreshing and relaxing. The hotel had a spa and wellness centre, where I enjoyed a rejuvenating body scrub and beauty treatment. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations!
